Congress files on a statutory 45-day delay, so a few weeks of lag on House and Senate feeds is the law working as written, not a gap in our coverage. SEC Form 4 is due within two business days, so it should stay within a week.
Awaiting review counts filings whose parse landed below our confidence threshold. They are held back from every feed until a human confirms them, which is why the number is published rather than hidden — a filing we can't parse cleanly is a filing we won't show you.
